Ms. Kaede Maegawa is going to be Japan's flag-bearer at Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games
Ms. Kaede Maegawa (Team KAITEKI, news release), a para-athlete supported by TKI, is going to play a role of Japan's flag-bearer at Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games on behalf of 305 Japanese players. This game is the biggest para game in Asia, held in Jakarta from October 6th to 13th in 2018. She is the Asian record holder of Women’s 100m and Long Jump (both in T63: one-sided above-knee amputation), therefore much is expected to win medals in the Asian Para Games.
She mentioned, “It is a great honor for me to be assigned such an important role. The responsibility is grave, so I am going to do my best in the game.”
